Medieval Utility Knife

This was a quick utility knife made for a good friend. The blade is a mystery high carbon steel that hardened very well and appeared to have some sort of pattern, like an early Bessemer steel. The handle is maple and antler. The sheath is tooled in a 14th century style based on some finds from London.
