Piper's Gyuto
A gyuto crafted for a good friend using some apple wood from his family home.
It has a 9 inch blade and is 2.25 inches tall at the heel. The handle is a squished octagon in cross section and is made from apple wood and water buffalo horn. The knife weights 166 grams/5.9 oz. The blade is water hardened W2 without clay.
