Svere Sword

This sword is based on a Petersen Type P sword found in Norway from the first half of the tenth century. It is forged from 1075 and 15n20 high carbon steels and hilted with moose antler and blackwood. The sheath is cord and kidskin wrapped over a poplar core with a moose antler slider and bronze belt fittings.
